Our website allows you to reserve remotely. It is not compulsory to visit, but you can visit online, complete an electronic reservation form, and videos will allow you to become familiar with your future accommodation.

Nexity Studéa offers a large network of residences with national coverage allowing for transfers from one residence to another under preferential conditions.

We offer the option of a package offer with integrated or à la carte services.

Everything can be done remotely: creation of your personal space and download of your supporting documents, online visit and selection, reservation by indicating the term of your stay and completing your application form online, remote rental receiving your contract by email within 48 hours.
