Close to the Léonard de Vinci University Campus, the Studéa Lilas d'Espagne close to Courbevoie is a pleasant residence.

We invite you to discover the Nexity Studea Lilas of Spain student residence. Located a 10-minute walk away at the foot of La Défense, this business district lies next to the best business schools (Skema, IESEG, ESSEC, EDC Paris and others) and engineering schools (Leonardo da Vinci Complex). My residence is accessible by bus (73), tramline (T2) and the RER A (La Défense stop) where students from all over the world come together.
Equipped with a laundry and a vending machine for drinks and meals, we have many local shops nearby in addition to the Les Quatre Temps shopping centre in La Défense, if a bit of retail therapy is what you’re after. The Lilas d’Espagne residence offers 105 furnished studios ranging from 17m² to 26m². The luckiest will get a studio with a balcony or terrace with a breathtaking view over La Défense or the new U Arena Stadium. The residence reception is available to provide you with any additional information you’d like.
