How to benefit from the offer?
- Be a new Nexity Studéa tenant (i.e., anyone who has never previously been a tenant in a Nexity Studéa residence, or anyone whose last Nexity Studéa lease ended more than one year prior to signing the new lease) and choose a residence eligible* for the offer within the Nexity Studéa network.
- Sign a standard lease agreement between June 8, 2026, and July 24, 2026 (inclusive), with a lease start date on or before July 24, 2026*.
- Fill out the coupon provided with your lease agreement or downloaded directly from our website, nexity-studea.com.
- Send the completed coupon—exclusively via email with a read receipt—by August 16, 2026 (inclusive) to the following address: RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr. The email must be sent by the tenant only. Please specify the following in the email subject line: COUPON OFFRE OCTOBRE 2026. The reservation file must be sent separately to the Residence Manager's email address. Coupons included within the reservation file will not be accepted.

* 50% of the October rent (including tax, excluding electricity) will be waived for all new clients eligible for this offer—defined as anyone who has never previously been a tenant at a NEXITY STUDEA residence, or anyone whose last NEXITY STUDEA lease ended more than one year prior to signing the new contract. To qualify, the dedicated coupon must be completed and emailed—with a request for a read receipt—to RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr no later than August 16, 2026. The email must be sent by the tenant personally. The coupon can be obtained upon request from the chosen residence or downloaded from www.nexity-studea.com by August 16, 2026, at the latest. The offer does not cover additional options or services that tenants may choose to purchase separately (such as specific optional services—please check terms with our Residence Managers), with the exception of the complimentary daily support services provided (psychological support, premium access to an academic support app, online fitness classes, and themed events). To qualify for this offer, the tenant must remain in the premises for at least six months starting from the effective date of the lease agreement. This is a furnished lease agreement for a primary residence, subject to the provisions of Law No. 89-462 of July 6, 1989, aimed at improving landlord-tenant relations. Should the tenant wish to terminate the lease—for any reason—prior to the completion of the first six months of the tenancy, the cost of the September rent (which was waived under this offer) will be charged back to the tenant by Nexity Studéa upon their departure.
A form dedicated to this offer must be completed and sent separately via email (with a request for a read receipt) to the following address: resa-studea@nexity.fr, no later than August 16, 2026.
