• Then, go to the Cautioneo website to fill out the online form. Click here ! https://lp.cautioneo.com/gl-nexity-studea-etudiant-fr/ (If you have already carried out this process, and have obtained your Guarantee Agreement, please contact 0 820 830 820).
• In less than 24 hours, Cautioneo studies your file and sends you a Guarantee Agreement.
• Upon receipt of your Guarantee Agreement by email or SMS, contact Studéa directly via your preferred contact or our advisors on 0 820 830 820 to make your accommodation reservation.
• Finally, log back into your private Cautioneo account to download your signed rental contract in order to retrieve your final guarantee document to send to Studéa.
