Your residence manager must be informed by email or telephone, as soon as the results are published (by 10 July 2026 at the latest). Should we not receive a response by 10 July 2026, we will assume you have passed your examinations.
How to benefit from the offer?
- Become a new Nexity Studéa tenant, select your preferred residence participating in the offer from the Nexity Studéa network. Sign a standard lease agreement*** between June 3, 2026 and July 7, 2026 inclusive with a date of effect before July 7, 2026 inclusive.

Offer valid for any standard lease agreement signed between June 3, 2026 and July 7, 2026 inclusive, with a date before July 7, 2026 inclusive.
30% of the September rent (excluding electricity) will be offered to all new Nexity Studéa tenants (i.e., anyone who has never previously rented a property in a NEXITY STUDEA residence or whose last NEXITY STUDEA lease ended more than a year before signing the new lease). This offer is valid only if the completed coupon is sent by email with read receipt to RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr before July 19, 2026. The email must be sent by the tenant only. The voucher can be obtained upon request from the chosen residence or downloaded from www.nexity-studea.com before July 19, 2026. The offer does not include additional options and services that can be purchased separately by each tenant and must be paid for separately (including a list of optional services - see conditions with our Residence Managers), excluding the daily support offered (psychological support, premium access to a tutoring app, online sports classes, themed evenings). A special form should be completed and returned individually by email, with a read receipt, to the following address: resa-studea@nexity.fr before 19st July 2026 inclusive.

The subscription dossier should be sent separately to the email address of the Residence Manager.
No voucher sent in the registration dossier will be accepted.

**If you fail the Baccalaureate or your exam, we undertake to return all documentation, contracts and payments upon presentation of an official justification. The lease that you initially signed will, in fact, lapse. For this purpose, the Residence Manager should be notified by email or telephone, immediately following publication of results and by the latest on 10th July 2026. Should we not receive a response by 10 July 2026, we will assume you have passed your examination. Your rental contract will then be valid and we will continue with the accounts registration of your file.
