Your residence manager must be informed by email or telephone, as soon as the results are published (by 9 July 2025 at the latest). Should we not receive a response by 9 July 2025, we will assume you have passed your examinations.
How to benefit from the offer?

- Sign a standard rental contract between July 5, 2025 and July 23, 2025, inclusive, with a contract effective date before July 23, 2025, inclusive*
- Complete the coupon sent in your lease agreement or that you have downloaded directly from the “Special Offers” section of our website nexity-studea.com by clicking here.
- Send the completed coupon via email only with a read receipt by 17/08/2025 inclusive, to the following address : RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr The mail must exclusively be sent by the tenant themself. Please specify in the mail subject line: OCTOBER OFFER COUPON. The booking file must be sent in a separate email to the Residence Manager’s email address. No coupon sent in the booking file will be considered.

The total amount inclusive of VAT of the rent discount for October 2025 will be granted to all new tenants ( (That is to say, anyone who has never previously been a tenant in a NEXITY STUDEA residence or anyone whose last NEXITY STUDEA rental contract ended more than a year ago before signing the new contract) eligible for this offer, which does not include any options or additional services which may be taken out additionally by each tenant and which should be paid for accordingly (notably a list of optional services - See conditions with Residence Managers).
To benefit from this offer, the tenant must enter into a lease period at the premises of at least 6 months from the date on which their rental contract enters into force. Furnished rental contract for use as a primary residence subject to the provisions of Law No. 89-462 of 6 July 1989, with the aim of improving rental relationships. Should the tenant wish to go on holiday for any reason whatsoever within the first six months of the lease, the amount of the discount on the rent offered in September as part of this offer will be re-invoiced by Nexity Studéa on the tenant’s departure.
A special form should be completed and returned individually by email, with a read receipt, to the following address: resa-studea@nexity.fr before 20st July 2025 inclusive.
The email must only be personally sent by the tenant him or herself. Please specify in the email subject line: OCTOBER SPECIAL OFFER COUPON.
The subscription dossier should be sent separately to the email address of the Residence Manager.
