Pre-requisites
SHORT STAY OFFER in following conditions :
- (1) Offer valid for signing any firm rental contract for a period of 1 to 6 months maximum starting between 12/10/2026 et le 28/02/2027 inclusive. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer except the sponsorship offer
- (2) Many optional services or inclusive within the fee. Further information available at www.nexity-studea.com or directly in the residence with our managers.
- (3) For rental agreements of less than 3 months, no subscription or unsubscription formalities for utilities are required by tenants (with energy suppliers if the optional service is subscribed).
