Pre-requisites

Want to become an owner? in following conditions :

  • (1) Eligibility conditions: Offer open to all tenants and former tenants of Nexity Studéa, up to 12 months after the expiry date of their lease, within the limit of one time per property acquired, holders of an open-ended contract or a promise of employment, subject to obtaining authorization for bank financing of a mortgage. This offer will result in a reduction corresponding to a sum, estimated, equivalent to the costs of deeds of acquisition or half of the latter (excluding financing and guarantee costs, in particular mortgage costs, Crédit Logement , excluding co-ownership settlement fees or specifications, and excluding translation costs) to be paid by the reservee on the day of signing the authentic deed of sale. Price reduction subject to the signing of an authentic deed of sale, within the deadlines stipulated in the reservation contract. This sum, estimated using the quick scale of notaries, is definitively and fixed on the day of the signature of the reservation contract
  • ​(2) To be eligible for the PTZ: it must be your first purchase of a main residence and your reference tax income for the year 2 years before booking the apartment must be less than €37,000. Monthly payment given for information only and non-contractual, for the purchase of an apartment of €190,000, on a 25-year term basis, at an average fixed interest rate observed on the market of 1.4%, excluding costs , excluding insurance and with a personal contribution of €7,500. The result does not take into account the different eligible tax options
