Welcome to the "Le Paradis” Jean Monnet residence,To provide a bit of background, legend has it that the building is located on Henri IV’s hunting grounds, where he used to meet up with this favourite femme, Gabrielle d'Estrées.The porch dating from the time has been preserved and lends the residence a certain charm, as well as its three interior patios, which makes us forget that we are actually in a city centre for a moment. The numerous shops located just around the corner greatly facilitate your daily life: The local supermarket is just a four-minute walk away, the station offers a Montparnasse stop, there are numerous restaurants, transit schools, a bakery, restaurant and pharmacy nearby. Located just a few paces away from the national police, the residence is calm and secure. It’s a true pleasure to calmly work there every day. Near to Paris, the residence hosts students from all the continents, and I enjoy supporting them daily with their move and facilitating the settling-in period. A gym and laundry are available for the use of all tenants. The park and pool located about 300 metres from the residence offers you the opportunity to relax after your work day.
