As custodian of the Marcheron residence, I assist students with the administrative process and the little hitches involved with their settling in to their new accommodation. Here you will find a friendly, cosmopolitan residence comprised of Chinese, Spanish, English and Russian students, amongst others, who have come here to complete their university studies, take French cooking courses or prepare for exams. The residence’s top-notch location in the heart of the commune of Vanves ensures you can quickly and easily get to the Paris Descartes University, Lycée Michelet as well as Paris by train, tramline or by taking the nearby metro. I enjoy the interpersonal contact, and I’m also here to liaise with parents to reassure them when the students arrive. I’m get to use my social skills and organisational ability each day.
